Resident Quality Engineer

Inspection of parts produced for the customer, implementation of work instructions, defect catalog, corrective action plan, permanent communication with the customers, validation of appearance defects, intensive communication with the current Resident in FR, product monitoring with the PD Team, communication with our suppliers, preparation of reports.

Project Peugeot EP21 – Inspection of parts and their validation according to the supplier's plans before sending them to the production line. Monitoring the status of received parts. Grid APQP. Found a faster solution when a problem arose, whether a defective part or a bad assembly technique. Knowledge of PLM, AMADEUS, and SAP tools. Contact suppliers. Knowledge of the production process. After the manufacture and preparation of the finished product vehicle, testing of the vehicle, detection of malfunction, behavior of the vehicle, how it reacts, and unusual noise may occur.

Responsible for processing customer orders and inspecting inventory in real-time using the SAP system at the central warehouse in France. Coordinates product redistribution from warehouses in China and Russia when stock is insufficient. Handles customer requests, invoicing, complaints, and problem resolution while maintaining strong relationships. Daily communication with customers from different countries.

Verification of technical inspections and compliance with applicable laws. Invoicing in the SAP system and checking invoices with customer contracts. Worked in a team of 30 people: cooperation and constant contact with France, with the various analysts at our disposal. Participate in software improvement to improve the quality of the work provided.

Responsibility for four persons in the team in the production line. Installation of all components and accessories on windows. Quality control of the finished product before dispatch. Quality supervision, according to the company's principles. Supervise compliance with the rules and production instructions.
