Leading of escalation programs. Process audits. Monitoring of sub-suppliers performance.

Customer portals sampling EMPB in BEON. Management of external / internal complaints and implementation of corrective actions. Pre-serial project launching.

At the quality department for customers mailnly for VW Group customers AUDI, VW Group, deputy at the projects Suzuki, FORD and Daimler.
