Job description
- Strong background in Aerospace and/or Automotive industries
- Lead and stabilize complex industrialization and ramp-up projects
- Drive multi-product qualification initiatives in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ensure structured program governance, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Act as senior interface towards key stakeholders, including US-based customers
- Provide executive-level reporting and ensure alignment with corporate leadership
- Proven experience managing multi-product qualification and ramp-up projects
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments (engineering / machinery sector preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with US customers
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-visibility transformation scenarios
