Drive multi-product qualification initiatives in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ensure structured program governance, milestone tracking, and risk management
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites
Act as senior interface towards key stakeholders, including US-based customers
Provide executive-level reporting and ensure alignment with corporate leadership
Proven experience managing multi-product qualification and ramp-up projects
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments (engineering / machinery sector preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with US customers
Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-visibility transformation scenarios
