Job description
- strategic management and optimization in the production area
- analyze existing systems, propose new process solutions
- proactively reducing costs while increasing production quality and volume
- leading Team Leaders and Production Coordinators — setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring accountability
- developing production staff — coaching, talent identification, and addressing team issues understanding that there is person behind every machine
- daily management of production data — OEE, FTE, Takt time, scrap rate, absenteeism responsible for maintaining quality standards (Total Quality Concept) and ensuring HSE and legal regulations
- using daily 5S, standardization, waste reduction
- close collaboration with Quality, Logistics, and Engineering departments
- technical education, degree plus experience from production leading positions
