Job description
- Setting of the manufacturing process with regard to defined methods and parameters
- Steps in the process of injection moulding adjustments on the machine (Engel, Krauss Maffei)
- Management and optimization of work and technological processes
- Regular line inspections and proposals for operational optimization
- Preparation of materials for line capacity planning
- Supporting production during the start-up of new projects (sampling, measurements)
- Design and implementation of layouts for new projects/production lines
- Ensuring knowledge of standard procedures (for setters, production operators, shift leaders, etc.)
- Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of production results, defects, machine adjustments
- Supporting the maintenance department (Guidelines, Preventive maintenance plan)
- Experience in a manufacturing company - plastic production (ideally automotive)
- Experience with plastic injection molding processes minimum 3 years
- Crane operation license is a benefit
