Job description
- Senior leadership skills to analyze the department's current operations (7 FTEs)
- Ideally experience form the Quality dept. of the FMCG company
- Identify areas for improvement and help streamline processes and clarify roles and responsibilities
- Target is to boost team efficiency, improve organization, and implement practical solutions to support the department's day-to-day operations.
- Expectations are to deliver a comprehensive analysis of current processes, along with recommendations and support for implementing changes
- Ability to quickly familiarize with the quality department’s operations, and be able to propose ways to automate the department’s work
- Experiences in helping the streamline and accelerate current processes
- Strong QMS knowledge, quality tools and CI
