Operations Manager 

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across the organization
• Lead and develop the operations team, setting clear objectives, roles, and accountability
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and internal company policies.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in production management, preferably within automotive assembly.
• Strong ability to lead change and motivate teams during organizational transformation.
• Decisiveness, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage pressure and complex situations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and across global locations.
• Strong systems and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with industrialization, including transition from prototype/project phase to serial production.
• Advanced knowledge of lean management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work with KPIs, particularly OEE, quality (scrap), productivity, and cost metrics.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Cost Reduction Plans.

• Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in assembly operations (experience with plastic injection molding or rubber production is an advantage; however, assembly experience is a priority).
