Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and internal company policies.

Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in production management, preferably within automotive assembly.
Strong ability to lead change and motivate teams during organizational transformation.
Decisiveness, results-oriented mindset, and ability to manage pressure and complex situations effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both internally and across global locations.
Strong systems and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Experience with industrialization, including transition from prototype/project phase to serial production.
Advanced knowledge of lean management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to work with KPIs, particularly OEE, quality (scrap), productivity, and cost metrics.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Cost Reduction Plans.

Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in assembly operations (experience with plastic injection molding or rubber production is an advantage; however, assembly experience is a priority).
