Job description
- design and implement standardized project reporting across all active projects;
- establish project controlling routines covering project progress, cost tracking and forecasting;
- create executive dashboards providing visibility of project performance, profitability and risks;
- standardize reporting templates, KPIs and project review meetings;
- improve decision-making through accurate and timely project information;
- project Controlling & Financial Management;
- introduce structured cost controlling and project profitability monitoring;
- improve reporting of project completion status (work-in-progress);
- develop forecasting models for project revenues, margins and cash flow;
- ensure transparency of project budgets, cost deviations and corrective actions;
- cooperate closely with Finance and Project Managers on financial reporting;
- analyze existing operational processes and identify improvement opportunities;
- simplify and optimize project management workflows;
- improve coordination between Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance and Site Management;
- introduce best practices in project execution and operational governance;
- reduce administrative complexity while increasing execution discipline;
- lead process improvement initiatives across the organization;
- improve project planning, resource coordination and execution control;
- support implementation of standardized project management methodologies;
- drive continuous improvement culture throughout the organization;
- regularly visit construction sites across Slovakia;
- work directly with Project Managers and Site Managers;
- ensure consistent implementation of new processes and reporting standards;
- identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
