Job description
- Hands-on operational advisory and, if required, direct management of the distribution center
- Strong on-site presence and leadership on the shop floor
- Full responsibility for warehousing, inventory management, and operational logistics processes
- Analysis and optimization of:
- Warehouse and inventory structures
- Ordering and disposition processes (Supply Management)
- Customer order processing workflows
- Supplier processes
- Management of outbound freight, including selection and evaluation of carrier
- Acting as the extended arm of the German headquarters
