Lead the technical and operational rollout from blueprint through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Control project performance across milestones, financials, risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies
Act as the central integration lead between manufacturing operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party providers
Safeguard production continuity by proactively managing cutover planning and go-live readiness
Hold implementation partners accountable for deliverables, quality standards, and contractual commitments
Establish robust data governance and ensure reliable interface architecture between SAP and MES
Provide transparent project reporting and decision frameworks to executive stakeholders and plant management
Ensure compliance with internal project governance, IT security standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks
