Production Planner (Automotive Glass Manufacturing) 

Key Responsibilities • Create, maintain and continuously optimize production schedules • Plan manufacturing capacities across multiple production lines • Coordinate production planning for glass processing, lamination, tempering and final assembly operations • Balance production loads and available capacities • Ensure optimal utilization of production equipment • Coordinate material availability together with Logistics and Purchasing • Monitor customer demand and adjust production plans accordingly • Prioritize production according to OEM requirements • Maintain accurate planning data within the ERP system • Monitor schedule adherence and implement corrective actions • Reduce bottlenecks and improve production flow • Optimize sequencing and production priorities • Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality and Maintenance • Monitor planning KPIs and implement continuous improvements • Support escalation management in case of customer delivery risks

Required Qualifications • Extensive experience in production planning within automotive manufacturing • Strong understanding of high-volume serial production • Experience with complex manufacturing environments • Experience in capacity planning and production scheduling • Strong ERP planning experience (SAP preferred) • Experience with advanced planning systems (APS/MES is an advantage) • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Strong understanding of material flow and production logistics • Ability to make operational planning decisions under time pressure • Excellent coordination and communication skills • Fluent Czech and English (German is an advantage)
