Identifying key products for reduction/exclusion
Coordinating collaboration between Product managers, Sales team, Production/Operations and Top Management including CEO
Facilitating decision-making workshops and stakeholder management
Translating analyses into specific recommendations and action plans
Managing the implementation phase (or its preparation)
Regular reporting to company management
Proven project management experience in a manufacturing company with experience in portfolio/product mix optimization, cost reduction/complexity reduction projects
Ability to work with data (profitability, ABC analysis, margins, costing)
Excellent stakeholder management skills (including working with top management)
Ability to facilitate and lead challenging discussions
Experience with Lean / Operational Excellence
Drive for results + ability to get things done
