Job description
- Providing daily quality support in production and collaborating with production teams
- Supporting the stability of production processes and the quality of final products
- Analyzing the root causes of non-conformities and coordinating corrective and preventive actions
- Communicating with customers regarding quality, complaints, and their resolution
- Participating in internal and external audits and assisting with product release processes
- Applying problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D)
- Collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing quality and process efficiency
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Quality management or production quality experience
- Communication skills and an analytical mindset, self organized personality

- English or German − B1
