Quality Engineer - APQP 

• Scope of Work
• Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer (QE/SQA)
• Expected on-site presence: approximately 80%

Supplier Quality

• Coordination of APQP activities for new components, including FOT, PPAP and ISIR.
• Coordination of internal first article inspections and dimensional measurements for selected component characteristics, including participation in measurements
• Experience with 3D measurement systems is an advantage (Hexagon measuring arm with a 2.5 m scanning head, PC-DMIS software)
• Coordination of testing with external laboratories (limited scope)
• Resolution of supplier validation non-conformities and deviations
• Final supplier validation following Quality Manager approval
• Internal Process Quality
• Preparation and updating of Control Plans (CP) based on initial assembly trials (Control Plans are already partially prepared)
• Participation in PFMEA activities
• Performing Process Audits
• Training production operators on Control Plans.
• Quality Technician / Quality Inspector
• The primary role is to support the QE/SQA position, especially in:
• Dimensional measurements
• Review and verification of supplier PPAP documentation.
• Inspection of incoming components.
• In-process quality inspections
• Training production operators on Control Plans.
• Manufacturing Process Pre-Assembly
• Brazing of copper tubes for the refrigeration circuit.
• Assembly of the ESD control panel
• Production of stainless-steel tanks (process already established)
• Final Assembly Line
• Assembly of subassemblies and pressure testing
• Final heat pump assembly
• End-of-Line (EOL) leak testing and electrical testing
• Refrigerant filling and housing assembly
• Packaging
• Relevant Certifications

Knowledge of the following standards is considered an advantage, although it is not mandatory:

• PED
• ATEX
• Main Components (primarily sourced from international suppliers)
• Refrigerant piping systems
• Buffer tanks
• Plastic components
• Metal components, brackets, housings and frames
• Electrical components for the control panel
• Vibration damping components
• Other mechanical and electrical components
