Ensuring smooth and timely supply of materials to production
Optimization of material layout and flows in the warehouse and production
Responsibility for the accuracy and availability of inventory
Close cooperation with the plant SCM in capacity planning and prioritization
Collaboration with production planning, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing
Leadership, development, and evaluation of subordinate employees
Organization of shifts, attendance, and backup coverage
Employee training (work procedures, health & safety, internal systems)
Proposal and implementation of improvement measures in internal logistics
Participation in Lean / CI (Continuous Improvement) activities
Working in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), report preparation
Responsibility for compliance with health & safety, fire protection, and internal regulations
