Hands-on expert for Paint Kitchen operations in an automotive painting environment
Establishes, maintains and controls Paint Kitchen standards
Oversees paint preparation, mixing, viscosity, dosing and supply stability
Ensures correct handling, storage and usage of paint materials
Acts as technical contact for paint suppliers
Escalates paint-related issues and follows up corrective actions
Cooperates with Maintenance on pumps, dosing systems, equipment and technical issues
Works with Robot Programmers on paint application parameters and process adjustments
Supports customer approval processes
Analyses paint defects and paint process problems
Identifies root causes and proposes practical corrective actions
Supports production stability, quality improvement and scrap reduction
Maintains documentation of standards, deviations, actions and approvals
Practical experience in Paint Kitchen, industrial painting or automotive paint processes required
University degree not required; relevant hands-on experience is essential
Technical education is an advantage
Automotive or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred
Strong analytical skills, structured working style and clear communication required
Czech/Slovak C2, English B1
