support the successful industrialization and production launch of electric motor rotor and stator laminations by providing hands-on expertise in high-speed electrical steel stamping;
the role is focused on rapidly stabilizing production, solving complex manufacturing challenges, optimizing processes, and transferring knowledge to the internal team;
the expert will play a key role in supporting the implementation and stabilization of an innovative double-layer stamping process, including in-die bonding technology;
take full ownership of complex production and press-related technical issues;
lead structured root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions using methodologies such as 8D and RCA;
stabilize and optimize high-speed stamping processes during production ramp-up;
provide hands-on support directly on the shop floor, working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams;
support the industrialization and stabilization of patented double-layer stamping technology, including simultaneous stamping of two electrical steel laminations and in-die bonding;
optimize tooling performance, press settings, material flow, and process capability;
bridge the gap between product design, process engineering, tooling, and manufacturing operations;
coach operators, technicians, and manufacturing engineers to develop sustainable internal capabilities;
establish and standardize troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process control procedures;
minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in high-speed electrical steel stamping, fine blanking, or precision press operations;
proven expertise in manufacturing rotor and stator laminations for electric motors;
strong practical knowledge of high-speed stamping presses, tooling, and process optimization;
