Job description
- stabilize production quality (focus on painting proces), resolve internal quality issues, and reduce cost of poor quality through systematic root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions;
- lead and coordinate resolution of internal production quality issues using quality tools (QRQC, PDCA, FTA);
- perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions;
- reduce scrap and cost of poor quality while ensuring customer requirements are met;
- ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures within production processes;
- support preparation for customer, process, and system audits;
- maintain and update quality documentation (control plans, work instructions, records);
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, Laboratory, and Quality departments;
- monitor and report quality performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- support the implementation of quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives in production;
- QRQC, PDCA, FTA, SPC, MSA, IATF / VDA standards.
