Job description
- Daily check of production processes, evaluation and improvements.
- Identifying technical issues of machines or production processes.
- Systematic resolution of customer complaints and work to eliminate the causes of their occurrence.
- Designing preventive measures to ensure the required quality and their subsequent implementation, monitoring compliance with guidelines.
- Working with quality tools, PDCA, 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Root cause analysis.
- Participating in internal and customer audits, resolving issues with cooperation with other departments.
- VW system tools knowledge (Porsche) and Stellantis.
- German speaker - daily communication with the customer.
