ensuring compliance with health and safety (H&S), fire safety, and environmental standards
supervising workplace order, cleanliness, and safety
assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
working closely with production, planning, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering/technology, and HR departments
at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing company experience in leading and motivating employees
knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
focus on results, quality, and continuous improvement
