- managing daily IT challenges from office to production tasks
- IT infrastructure management and development (servers, network, HW)
- ensuring cyber security (antivirus, data protection, backup)
- server system management (Windows, Linux, virtualization - VMware)
- IT user support (HW/SW, printers, common incidents) recording and management of IT equipment
- cooperation on IT projects (network, cabling, new technologies) monitoring and troubleshooting of network problems
- training employees in the IT field
- communication with external suppliers
