Responsible for the management of quality system, maintain and develop quality processes, quality plan, corrective actions and continuous improvement program to ensure required quality
Lead, manage and develop staff members
Actively participate as the primary quality representative of the management team
Lead the Quality Management Department, including the assignment, monitoring, and completion of all quality-related tasks.
Restructure and continuously improve the department to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to subordinates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Plan and conduct process and system audits in accordance with internal and customer requirements.
Maintain and continuously update the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer and certification standards (e.g. IATF 16949).
Manage and resolve external and internal complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Analyze and resolve daily quality issues and error reports from production.
Act as a key contact for customers in quality-related topics, ensuring transparent communication and proactive problem-solving - Stellantis
Supervise the blocking, segregation, and disposal of non-conforming materials or products.
Lead the de-escalation process with customers and support preventive measures to avoid recurrences.
Achieve cost savings by reducing unnecessary controls and eliminating redundant quality walls (Q-walls).
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance departments to achieve the required product quality and customer satisfaction.
