Job description
- Job Title: Production Supervisor
- On-site
- 3-shift operation
- experienced in automotive
- Ensure continuous production supervision on the shopfloor
- Prevent deviations in quantity, labelling, completeness, and quality
- React immediately to any non-conformity
- Maintain continuous presence on the shopfloor during the shift
- Supervise daily production activities in a 3-shift setup
- Monitor and verify part quantities
- Check labelling accuracy
- Verify component completeness
- Control overall product quality
- Identify deviations and abnormalities immediately Intervene directly in case of issues
- Stop production if required to prevent defects or customer impact
- Escalate problems to responsible functions
- Support corrective and containment actions
- Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety rules
- Experience in production supervision
- Strong shopfloor mentality
- Hands-on and decisive
- Good eye for detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts
- Quality-focused and disciplined
