ideal candidate is a strong personality, capable of leading teams under pressure, driving improvements on the shopfloor, and taking ownership of both process performance and equipment reliability;
lead and develop a team of 5 Process Engineers;
Ensure process stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement;
Drive: cycle time optimization, line balancing, process capability improvements (Cp, Cpk);
support industrialization and ramp-up activities (pre-SOP / SOP readiness);
identify and eliminate bottlenecks in assembly processes;
oversee operation and optimization of KUKA robotic systems;
ensure proper programming support, troubleshooting, and performance;
cooperate with automation specialists on improvements and upgrades;
drive automation reliability and efficiency;
lead a team of 2 Maintenance Technicians
define and implement preventive maintenance strategy;
ensure high equipment availability and minimize downtime
coordinate corrective maintenance and rapid issue resolution
problem Solving & Shopfloor Support: act as escalation point for process and technical issues
lead root cause analysis: 5Why, Ishikawa;
Implement robust corrective and preventive actions;
be actively present on the shopfloor (hands-on approach)
