Job description
- Define and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling requirements
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and process documentation
- Support trials, pilot runs, and validations
- Monitor technical readiness and project milestones
- Support stabilization after SOP
- Identify performance and quality losses
- Implement improvements, automation, and process optimization
- Track process performance during ramp-up
- Report technical readiness and risks
- Maintain and update technical and project documentation
- Ensure stable process performance post-SOP
- Monitor equipment availability and repeatability
- Support handover to serial production
