Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, resolve workplace issues, provide proactive guidance and coaching to managers, and lead negotiations and consultations with the local Works Council.
Performance Management: Support and continuously improve performance management processes, including performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.
Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal HR policies, health and safety regulations, and all applicable legal requirements.
Compensation & Benefits: Support the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefit schemes.
Learning & Development: Coordinate onboarding activities, training and development programs, and initiatives supporting employee career growth.
HR Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Provide functional leadership, guidance, and support to a team of two HR professionals.
Requirements :
• Min. 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or production industries
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations
• Work experience in a multinational environment
• Professional fluency in English and Slovak is required; any additional language is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and with HRIS platforms
• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing workforce practices
