Senior industrial/process enginneer who designs, optimizes and manages production processes
Maximize efficiency, reduce costs, ensure high product quality and a smooth launch of new technologies.
Production optimization in the area of assembly
Analysis and improvement of existing production processes in order to increase productivity.
Implementation of new machines and products into series production.
Creation of documentation and guidelines for the operators, maintenance
Processing of work downtimes, production processes or technical procedures.
Identification of defects in production and designing corrective and preventive measures.
Using LEAN manufacturing experience, Kaizen, SMED etc.daily
Connecting development, quality departments and production itself to ensure trouble-free product manufacturability.
Degree in technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar).
Ability to read technical drawings and methodologies to work with lean production data and quality standards.
