Job description
- Handle customer and internal complaints, including preparation of 8D reports
- Perform root cause analysis using tools such as Ishikawa (Fishbone) and 5Why
- Coordinate and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Monitor, control, and continuously improve quality processes
- Manage APQP activities
- Develop and maintain Control Plans
- Collaborate on PFMEA development and updates
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
