Ensure material and component availability in line with the production schedule;
Proactively monitor supplier deliveries, resolve delays, and escalate critical issues;
Prevent production stoppages caused by material shortages;
Process customer call-offs and coordinate requirements with production and suppliers.
Manage material orders, inventory levels, and transportation;
Ensure compliance with customer JIT/JIS requirements, including correct delivery sequencing;
Monitor critical materials, missing parts, and supply risks on a daily basis;
Maintain proactive communication with suppliers, production, warehouse, and customer logistics teams;
Identify weaknesses in logistics processes and implement corrective actions;
100% material availability to support uninterrupted production;
On-time and accurate customer deliveries in line with JIT/JIS requirements;
Minimized premium freight and logistics costs;
Reduced risk of production stoppages and stabilized material flows;
Clear visibility of critical materials, inventory levels, and supplier risks.
