Lead and manage all financial controls, reporting, and compliance activities within the Czech entity
Accurate and timely financial reporting (local GAAP)
Robust internal controls and governance
Financial analysis to support business decision-making
You would be key interface between local operations, Group Finance, external auditors, and Czech regulatory authorities
Monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Statutory financial statements in line with Czech GAAP
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain integrity of the general ledger and all financial records
Lead Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget/prior year) with commentary of drivers
Ensure compliance with Czech Accounting Act and local statutory requirements
Manage Tax and filing obligations cooperating with external auditors and tax advisors
Work with banks and insurance brokers
Support statutory audits and regulatory reporting
Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
Provide financial insight to operational teams
Develop KPIs and performance dashboards
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Support investment (CAPEX) and project appraisals
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / equivalent)
Experience 3–6+ years in financial controlling or accounting
Experience in multi-entity or international environment
