Job description
- Sampling of parts according to the VDA2 standard and additional corporate requirements
- Creation or approval of the timeline for the given sampling process
- Definition of requirements for the given sampling
- Verification of all documents and requirements submitted by the supplier in the BeOn system
- Cooperation with the supplier and other departments within the group
- Clarification approval with the supplier, evaluation within the sampling process
- Entering supplier invoicing in the system (financial charges to the supplier for performed sampling)
- Inspection and record-keeping of all parts in the spare parts assortment
- Gathering information from other company systems
- Blocking parts for ordering and sales after approval by the requester
- Creating presentations related to the given activities
- Recording actions within the sampling activities
- Creating a monthly report of processed parts in the system
