Production
Job description
- Lead and manage the production team, including staffing, shift planning, and performance management.
- Ensure achievement of production targets related to output, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs, including OEE, scrap rate, equipment availability, and changeover times.
- Identify production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Cooperate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Drive shopfloor management, Lean Manufacturing, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize workforce utilization, production efficiency, and operational costs.
