Paintshop Manager

• Responsible for safe, stable and efficient operation of the wet painting line
• Planning, organizing and controlling production processes, including shift operation
• Ensuring capacity and meeting daily/weekly production plans
• Managing operators, team leaders and technical staff
• Technical/professional leadership of the painting line expert
• Coordinating of painting robot programmers, paint preparation technicians (color mixing in paint kitchen) and maintenance
• Development, training and motivation of all paint shop members
• Ensuring quality of painted parts in line with internal ad customer requirements
• approving changes to process parameters, revising process instructions and control plans
• Close cooperating with Quality Department
• Managing KPI's like OEE, scrap, rework, downtime
• Ensure stable processes
• Planning and coordinating (preventive) maintenance
• Supporting implementation of new technologies, coatings and products
• Responsible for compliance with OHS
• Participation in internal and customer audits
• Implementing LEAN tools
• Ability to work with technical documentation
• Practical knowledge of defect analysis (orange peel, dust inclusions, pin holes, etc.)
