Job description

Global Network Planning Director
Location: Bonville (France)
Lead global network planning across factories, Regional Distribution Centers and distribution platform
Own supply planning alignment from demand translation to factory execution
Drive global Sales & Operations and monthly supply reviews
Convert supply plans into effective Master Production Schedules
Ensure targeted customer service levels through on-time delivery
Optimize global inventory performance and stock availability
Oversee ATP / CTP (Available to Promise and Capable to Promise) readiness across the network
Manage shortages, supply disruptions and product allocation decisions
Coordinate with demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and product management
Lead Global Network Planners and Global Supply Planners directly
Functionally guide regional inventory and supply planning teams
Improve planning processes, data quality, tools and governance discipline
Build action plans to improve service, inventory and plan stability
Prepare volume, inventory, and service-related budgets for factories and warehouses
Support cross-functional supply chain and operational improvement projects Profile
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, network planning, S&OP and operations leadership
Strong global leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong background in inventory optimization and factory planning
Experience in multinational supply chain environments
Strong analytical, change management and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
Engineering or supply chain-related degree
