Warehouse Coordinator Neustadt an der Donau
Responsible for daily coordination of warehouse operations during the assigned shift
Plans shift schedules, allocates staff, and prioritizes daily orders
Ensures smooth execution of goods receipt, order picking, rework, sorting, packaging, and shipping
Identifies bottlenecks and takes immediate corrective action
Monitors work performance, quality of visual inspection, sorting, and packaging activities
Provides on-the-job training and onboarding for new employees
Resolves operational conflicts directly on the shopfloor
Coordinates with production, quality control, and logistics management
Ensures compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
Maintains order, cleanliness, and structure in the warehouse according to 5S
Responsible for clean, organized, and efficient workstations
Strong hands-on leadership, practical problem-solving, and shopfloor discipline required
3 shifts model including weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Fluent in German and English is mandatory
