Job description

  • Develop and implement the company's logistics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage central warehouse operations, regional distribution centers, inventory, transportation, and material flow.
  • Optimize logistics costs, warehouse efficiency, and delivery performance.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage logistics service providers and monitor their performance.
  • Support and continuously improve e-commerce logistics operations.
  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including delivery accuracy, warehouse productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, and international logistics teams while providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Manage departmental budgeting, resource planning, performance management, and recruitment of key team members.
