Job description
- lead the plant quality organization on an interim basis;
- manage customer and internal quality escalations;
- coordinate 8D problem solving, root cause analysis and containment actions;
- communicate with customers (OEM / Tier 1) and support audits;
- stabilize quality processes in production;
- work closely with production, engineering and supply chain;
- proven experience as Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing;
- strong experience with customer escalation management;
- knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA
- ability to stabilize processes in critical situations
