Job description
- support the industrialization and implementation of new and current manufacturing projects;
- source manufacturing equipment and production technologies from external suppliers;
- visit supplier facilities to evaluate manufacturing capabilities and validate equipment before implementation (mainly Europe, sometimes UK);
- coordinate supplier technical reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications; plan, execute and support equipment testing, validation and acceptance (FAT/SAT);
- collaborate with suppliers, design, quality and production teams during project implementation;
- optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency;
- support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production ramp-up;
- troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies;
- prepare technical documentation, work instructions and process validation reports;
- provide regular project status updates to the Technical Manager.
