Job description
- Launch Quality Engineer – Automotive
- Support project launches, ramp-up, and SOP activities
- Monitor product and process quality during start-up
- Collect and report production data such as scrap, downtime, defects, and output
- Track KPIs including OEE, FPY, scrap, and downtime
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering
- Escalate critical quality or process issues quickly
- Help stabilize production in early serial phase
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Technical background in quality, engineering, or production
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Structured and hands-on working style
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan is an advantage
- Ensure a stable launch with clear reporting, fast issue resolution, and controlled quality performance
