LEAN Consultant 

• Leading and coordinating Lean projects and activities across the manufacturing plant.
• Implementing, stabilizing and developing Lean methods and tools in the manufacturing environment.
• Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Supporting management in creating a Lean roadmap and monitoring its implementation.
• Evaluating the results of Lean activities and monitoring defined KPIs.
• Cooperating with individual departments in implementing improvement measures.
• Cooperating on pilot projects and implementing new Lean methodologies.
• Coaching and mentoring project teams in the field of Lean and problem solving.
• Sharing best practices within local and international teams.
• Organizing and facilitating Lean workshops and training (e.g. VSM, Productivity Improvement, LMA).
• Supporting the development of a culture of continuous improvement and Manufacturing Excellence.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in the field of Lean management, industrial engineering or production processes.
• Practical experience with the implementation of Lean methods and tools: 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, OEE.
• Experience with leading Lean projects and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Independence, proactive approach and results orientation.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work in an international environment.
