Job description
- Supporting the plant Quality manager on various tasks
- Design, implement, and update quality procedures on daily basis
- Maintain product specifications, and regulatory guidelines in line with industry and legal requirements
- Process orientation, track manufacturing processes from raw materials to final output to spot deviations
- Oversee testing protocols, approve quality products, and reject items that fail to meet specifications
- Cooperate on company audits, manage certifications, and resolve non-conformances
- Supervise, train, and mentor quality inspectors, technicians, and production staff on quality assessment
- Analyze performance data, run statistical process control (SPC) methods, and present reports to senior management
- Continuous Improvement mind set
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma experience to reduce waste and boost operational efficiency
