QS Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute the site quality strategy.
• Manage and coordinate APQP activities for new projects, processes and product changes, including initial sampling and product/process approval activities.
• Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits.
• Manage and coordinate customer and supplier complaint management.
• Define, monitor, evaluate and report quality objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare, manage and monitor the Quality Department cost center budget.
• Provide functional, technical and disciplinary leadership to the employees of the Quality Department.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers on quality-related matters. Ensure effective cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent technical qualification, preferably with a focus on Quality Management / Quality Engineering, or comparable professional training combined with relevant quality experience.
• Certified auditor with strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. Strong practical knowledge of automotive quality methodologies and tools, including: APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning PFMEA – Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis CIP / KVP – Continuous Improvement Process 8D Problem Solving PPAP – Production Part Approval Process experience working within an OEM / Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in leading quality teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Profile Proven experience in a Head of Quality / Quality Manager position within the automotive industry. Strong hands-on and shopfloor-oriented approach. Pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented working style. Experience working with automotive customers, suppliers and international stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to improve quality performance and successfully lead quality teams.
