• Support installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new equipment and production lines • Good knowledge of automated production equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and industrial machinery • PLC programming would be huge advantage • Camera Systems (Keyence, Cognex) knowledge • Robot systems (ABB, Staubli) knowledge • Cooperates with definition preventive maintenance plans for new machines and systems • Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, production, and maintenance teams • Participate in FAT, SAT, machine handover, and technical acceptance activities • Analyze breakdowns and support root cause problem solving • Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance improvements • Train maintenance technicians on new equipment and processes • Ensure compliance with safety, TPM, and plant maintenance standards • Experience in maintenance, industrial engineering, or technical project support in automotive • Understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings • Strong coordination and communication skills • Good English; German is often an advantage • Experience with assembly lines, robotics, conveyors, welding, molding, or other automated automotive equipment • Knowledge of CMMS, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement methods Knowledge of CMMS, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement methods
