manage end-to-end purchasing activities for assigned projects, including sourcing, supplier management, and budget coordination;
ensure supplier performance against Quality, Cost & Timing (QCT) targets;
prepare and manage RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and identify alternative sourcing solutions;
lead supplier negotiations and support the preparation and implementation of supplier contracts;
coordinate sourcing activities with Commodity Buyers and other cross-functional stakeholders;
manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and monitor supplier payment schedules;
identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and critical supplier-related issues;
support supplier quality and launch readiness, including Tier 2 supplier readiness activities;
monitor project purchasing budgets, hours, and costs, taking corrective actions where required;
provide project status reporting, track key milestones, and ensure compliance with purchasing processes and procedures.
