Job description
- senior, highly autonomous Supply Chain leader with a proven ability to take ownership of complex organizations and deliver tangible improvements;
- take full leadership responsibility for the Supply Chain department and its approximately 50 employees across Enterprise Planning, Production Planning and Purchasing;
- assess the current organization, processes, responsibilities and performance of the Supply Chain function and define clear priorities for stabilization and improvement;
- review the existing Supply Chain methodology, processes and ways of working and implement improvements across the function;
- provide strong leadership to the respective teams and managers, establishing clear responsibilities, performance expectations and accountability;
- co-manage production planning from a logistics and Supply Chain perspective, ensuring alignment between customer demand, material availability and production capacity;
- improving delivery performance and minimizing overall company costs;
