Job description
- Inventory management and replenishment daily planning for the production
- Regularly creating and placing orders with suppliers based on current stock levels and sales data.
- Analyzing historical sales, seasonal trends to accurately estimate future consumption based on short and long forecasts
- Maintaining daily contact with suppliers, negotiating delivery dates, and resolving delays, claims, or production disruptions
- Inventory optimization: Monitoring stock turnover, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock ("dead stock"), and setting minimum/maximum stock levels (safety stock)
- Working closely with the Logistics customer care, purchasing and warehouse, production management.
- Regularly evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, stock level, forecast accuracy, and days of supply.
- MS Excel and Sap experience, daily using
