coordination and optimization of internal material flows between the warehouse, production, and individual workstations;
management and monitoring of the Kanban system, including the setup of Kanban loops, quantities, cards, and replenishment intervals;
ensuring timely and accurate material supply to production workstations;
identification of bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within internal logistics processes;
proposal and implementation of immediate corrective and stabilization measures;
optimization of internal logistics routes, replenishment cycles, and material handling processes.
monitoring of minimum/maximum stock levels and material availability at production workstations;
operational resolution of issues related to material shortages, incorrect deliveries, or delays;
setup and standardization of logistics processes and work procedures;
cross-functional cooperation with Production, Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and other relevant departments;
analysis of logistics data and monitoring of relevant KPIs;
support of Lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, visual management, standardization);
training and support of internal logistics personnel during the implementation of new or revised processes;
documentation of implemented improvements and handover of stabilized processes to responsible internal teams.
