Job description
- Daily work / mould change overs on injection molding machines (Krauss Maffei and Engel) ranging from 300 to 4,000 tons
- Processing of PP and PC-ABS materials, including glass-fiber reinforced variants
- Crane operator certification required
- Physically changing molds in the press; connecting electrical, cooling, and hydraulic systems
- Starting up and launching production using pre-loaded machine program
- Assisting the process engineer with parameter adjustments (NOK parts)
