Senior Logistic and Warehousing Expert 

Experienced logistics leader required to support a strategic logistics transformation within a manufacturing environment. The assignment focuses on improving operational performance, strengthening team capability, and establishing sustainable logistics practices while supporting the transition to a permanent leadership structure.

Responsibilities:

Senior logistics leadership experience within manufacturing or automotive operations. Proven track record of delivering operational improvements across warehouse and material flow activities. Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills. Available for an on-site assignment of approximately 3 to 6 months. Able to drive operational decisions and implement process improvements.

Objectives:

Improve logistics efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material availability. Strengthen operational control and performance management practices. Accelerate leadership transition and team development. Establish sustainable processes and governance structures. Deliver a stable and self-sufficient logistics organization capable of sustaining improvements independently.

Warehouse engineering and design, material and warehouse flow optimization, FIFO, inventory accuracy, process redesign, performance management, and implementation of sustainable operational standards
