- Established transparent working relationships with more than 30 suppliers across the Bugatti Tourbillon, Mistral, Coupé, and Nevera vehicle programs.
- Defined clear communication and responsibility structures between the quality, purchasing, and engineering departments, improving cross-functional coordination and accelerating decision-making.
- Completed a structured handover of all assigned suppliers, components, and ongoing activities to the succeeding supplier quality engineer, ensuring continuity throughout the transition.
